Journal Prompts to Close a Chapter
Why should you journal?
Journaling is a beautiful practice to connect deeper with yourself, unwind, access your intuition, and reach creative solutions. It helps you to process your experiences, emotions, and thoughts.
Putting pen to paper gives your subconscious mind an outlet. You will begin to see your thoughts, doubts, beliefs, questions, and insights pour out from within.
Regular journaling will highlight lessons, themes, and patterns presenting in your life.
